Best track I Have used, this my second One November 29, 2008 This makes the 2nd one I have bought, I have tried many and this the greatest I have found.
Good, until I dropped it once November 24, 2008 Had a little trouble getting used to doing the ball with my fingers instead of my thumb but the brain adjusted and I tolerated a little pain - much less than the RSI from a regular mouse. But then I dropped it once. Gone.
Big and Clunky November 24, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Unless you have very large hands, you might find this device hard to use as the device itself is large and the buttons/scroll are too spread out. Other than that, the device works well--no signal drops and saves space compared to a mouse.
Great replacement for a mouse November 23, 2008 I have been using this trackball for more than a year and just purchased one for my girl friend. It is great for artists and folks who use the mouse in any artistic way. Great for web browsing as well.
no more wrist pain =) November 18, 2008 I'm glad I decided to ditch the marble mouse one and get this one with a scroll wheel and middle click button. The software that Logitech provides is still pretty bad, considering they are a big company and their hardware is so good (usually). Anyways, my wrist doesn't hurt anymore since using a trackball for about a month or so now, and that is the only reason why I bought a trackball anyways :)
My biggest complaint even though I'm rating 5***** is that it takes a bit to get used to the weird 45* angle you have to place it....I'm getting used to it though.
I have more computer equipment in my immediate area than probably any of the other reviewers (7 monitors and a macbook and 4 computers and lots of other peripherals, etc..) and I've had no problems at all with the trackballs' wireless connection and it's sitting in between lots of computer stuff. I also have a wireless keyboard and wireless router and wireless PS2 controller within 2 feet of the transmitter and trackball and haven't had any issues with signal at all :)
