Do not know about the reseller, but the monitor itself is excellent. I bought one a month or so ago. Setup was easy and the quality is stunning. I specifically bought this monitor because it has the same dot pitch as an older Planar I have so I could use them in a dual monitor setup without transitional problems for my eyes. The OSD functions are easy to use and the panel quality is very high.

Company must be really bad, they cancelled an order I placed without even calling me. I don't think I will ever purchase anything from them ever again. Read the other reviews about this company.
