Product Description Take the noise out of noisy planes and accommodations with the Kensington Noise Canceling Headphones. These comfortable and compact headphones let mobile professionals travel in peace and quiet. Don't waste your money February 23, 2010 A. Welker (San Francisco, CA USA) I bought these headphones because they were cheap and am again learning the lesson that you get what you pay for. They are really uncomfortable for me and the sound quality is terrible. I am constantly getting feedback and have to turn off the noise canceling function, which decreases the sound quality even more.
Spend the extra money and get some good quality headphones.
Not what I expected December 28, 2009 Kakavakkam N. Sampathkumar (USA) I was carried away by the cost of this product. It does not cancell any noise whatsoever. At best it can be used as a earpiece. Dissapointed.
Kensington Noise Canceling Headphones December 21, 2009 Douglas B. Kaynor (Beaverton, Oregon) I purchased these Kensington Noise Canceling Head phones because I work in an area that has a lot of fan noise. When these are turned on the noise became much less irritating than without them.
BEST HEADSET I EVER BOUGHT ... no joke !!! November 30, 2009 Finally retired (Someplace, OH) I bought one of these a year ago and everyone in my family has borrowed it off and on ... I had to buy another one JUST FOR ME !! Everyone loves it and raves about it. Great price, and great item. Well worth it. I couldn't find it anywhere except on Amazon. Thanks Amazone and affiliates and sponsors.
Disappointed Big Time November 9, 2009 William J. Bauman I purchased these from Kim Komando's website. They did not indicate the brand name and as a result I paid double for these headphones. Not that $20 is a big deal but the sound quality was a major disappointment. Muddled, muddy, flat treble are some of the adjectives I have seen to discribe the sound. Moreover, the balance was heavy on the left which is irritating. The more I listen, the better it seems to get and when I think, well maybe these aren't so bad after all, I put on my Sennheiser noise cancelling headphones and it is the difference between day and night. The only thing I can positive is the noise cancelling quality is pretty decent if you want quiet, provided you don't want to listen to music at the same time. Anybody that says these are comparable to Sennheiser or Bose has to have a major hearing problem.
